Okay, okay, okay. I do think you have some good points but, if I may, I would like dispute some of them.
1.) It really isn't just as simple as uping and leaving Town because, the thing is, Stillwater Town is the safest known place atm. As far as it's known, the rest of the outside world is a mess and most infrastructure isn't all that intact. And Stillwater Town is also extremely well equipped compared to places that existed even before the disasters. It makes sense that they'd rather take over since staying would be much easier than trying to find somewhere else to live.
2.) I can't speak for the others, but Gyeongha and Jinwoo did try to join the supply team to try and get an idea of what the outside world was like and if they'd be able to gather supplies without Guwon and the Hounds. It was Guwon that refused and insisted that they had jobs to do in the Town and didn't like that they were trying to deviate from set roles.
3.) They don't want to live under the guy that has brutally murdered their loved ones and other innocent people with, more often than not, no proper reason or justification. And it's not like he's even shown genuine remorse for any of it. It's one of the bigger parts this is even happening, they're doing this out of resentment and vengeance which, to me, has impaired their critical thinking skills, but I digress.
4.) Calling Jinwoo gluttonous is just plain WRONG, imo. He isn't doing any of this because he wants power, and he doesn't even want Guwon anymore. He's doing this because Guwon killed his dad and, also, he's just a very empathetic, moral person that doesn't agree with Guwon's morals and actions. His motive isn't driven by a want for power.

Here's the thing - a pet bird in a cage likely has a very comfortable life and it will likely get killed and eaten by something bigger the moment it goes free. But leave the cage open and it will fly away. Same with just about any wild animal in a zoo. On the other hand pet dogs are perfectly happy to wag their tails and stick around humans even abusive ones as long as they get food and a place to live. Not everyone is the same. Some will never agree to go with Guwon and would rather die. Some like the ones here would go to survive but once they have to live that life day in and day out they will crack. Others will be just fine.
