So i think it's a Chinese bl manhua. Here the mc is an F rank guide or something and all those F ranks goes training-ish? The mc doesn't rank up but stays at that level to help other F ranks from death. The ml is S rank (i dont remember whether they use those exact alphabets but mc is of lowest rank and ml is of highest rank) and he chooses mc as his partner or something. I also remember that there is other S rank choosing another F rank (who bullies the mc) but he is actually an enemy who turns the F rank into statue ig?
