So I've not been in contact with my close friend for abt 5 months cuz she talked shit abt my other friend,and i cut her off despite 4 years of friendship over the few months old of the other friend i regret breaking no contact but also idk cuz she might have a bad opinion on me,should i delete the message yes or no??,also might get clowned at in her gc but idkkk

Its ok to cut toxic people, but based on my experience you you can do it gradually, like talking less, seeing them less and after drifting apart you dont have to worry about them

That happen to me lmao. I think what you're feeling is somehow related to guilt? Try to reach out, if you reconnect and things are different then you can pull the friendship off, but if she doesnt want to, you can move on. At least you try to get things off your chest
