Without context, she seems like a real C***. I mean maybe she was sexually assaulted at a young age, and without naming specific ways to "take care of it" or even the legality in the country, that's why she hates her son.
But, it's not his fault. An infant is innocent, and if you can't really deal with that maybe you should've put him up for adoption.
But, again, missing context. regardless, of the situation a mother-unless totally "batshit" crazy-has or should not have a right to treat an infant (or an individual without capability of malice) so harshly.
I rather she kept her mouth shut, about her "legitimize sons" or "real sons" quiet, act apathetic, than just literally vocalize her disdain.
I mean from the sounds of it, "her having him at a young age is the reason she hates him,"sounds like she was quite the B, when he was a child.
