Its abit odd to me that people are gonna drop this just because there is no chasing arc. The story is decent, they’ve already had a few chapters separated and the uke has already been having a hard time and is missing the top. I feel like this can work without the chasing arc. idk its good to not have the same thing every time in every story
People want to see it because ML spent TEN YEARS chasing after MC and now MC literally threw him to the side like that ten years was nothing? Is "missing him" really just enough even though MC blatantly said to his face "We're nothing to each other yet" NOT EVEN FRIENDS, JUST NOTHING? It's justified people want MC to put in a little effort for ML when he did the same thing but for ten whole years without expecting ANYTHING in return. And he even gave away his stocks at the end because he still damn cares about MC's feelings and HIS desires over his own desires.
