First time i’ve actually felt anxiety and horror while reading an episode of yaoi.
Also i’m agreeing with the comment below this, whenever something goes bad or toxic, people start leaving hate comments and shit on a story. You cant stand any deviation from everything smooth sailing - this has never been that type of story, and frankly that is not what stories are supposed to do. They can be comforting sure, but many are supposed to make you feel all sorts of emotions even the negative ones, that’s why genres of murder mystery, dark romance, horror and gore exist. An evil or twisted character is written to act according to those characteristics so does not equate to the story being bad. Basically expand your palettes or go read your comfort story over and over again to stay safe forever. You can drop this if you dont like it i swear nobody will force you to continue reading :)

The brothers side story was pretty messed up in the sense that nothing was resolved at all. They did well to show his story and his twisted nature, but piercing someones ear in their sleep and leaking ther explict photo is something you cant resolve and frankly that a victim of that wouldnt and shouldnt forgive. Going from the wholesome main couple to that was crazy, not to mention the whole parent child role-play thing that was going on im just abit confused and disturbed by the direction the story took and how it ended

Ch 43 - feel pretty bad for jaekyoung. Literally everyone is always telling him what to do and its always against what he himself wants. This guy just doesnt want to swim anymore and everyone including the mc tries every chance they get to try to get him to and almost force him to. Jaekyoung is an adult who can make his own decisions, and yet the mc treats him like a kid, making decisions without his say such as cancelling their drinking plans together without even discussing it first because mc decided that jaekyung needs to see his family, when he simply didnt want to and thats fine. It doesnt matter if he thinks jaekyung himself is inconsiderate, he cannot just decide how another person manages their family affairs. Sure the mc is cool calm and collected, but with the ml i find he comes across as pretty inconsiderate at times.
