oh thank god grandmas been dying since the first season i was wondering when that was going to finally happen!! anyways i liked it it seems rushed sure but i mean i feel like it closed up all the loose strings and came together alright. based on the BJ alex side stories i believe we’ll see their post confession relationship better there along with potato’s. honestly i don’t remember half the stuff that happened in this besides the keeping hostage etc but to me it was like a less violent POTN/Jinx? a case of Stockholm syndrome maybe but idk why everyone’s so upset i mean it’s a yaoi… ofc they’re gonna end up together??
I think bc of the ups and downs the MC had to go through in the beginning of their relationship it doesn't feel as rewarding to see the ML getting what he wanted without any consequences or hardships. MC just look stupid for forgiving/forgetting everything. I think that's what most people have a problem with ╮(￣▽￣)╭
tbf tho stories are not compared relatively to each other when being evaluated. a story has to stand on its own, bc when u lean it up against a poorly written one ofc its gonna look better. but a bad story is still a bad story even if it looks good compared to a worse story. and yeah most yaois have their main characters ending up together, but there wasnt enough resolution between nan and yiyeong before that happened. lee nan just kinda gave in
