the emperor will slowly die over the chapters. He thought he could recover after this and become better, but day after day he just feels worse and worse. He then had a realization that he’s dying and grows increasingly irritated (the part where he realizes he was gonna die, he was so afraid and did not want to believe it was true at all which made it so sad to read T^T). The prince listens to everything he says because he has yet to pass the crown prince title to him. That’s when the grandfather( previous head of Lombardi) goes to visit the emperor one last time. The emperor complained about now that he’s dying no one’s visiting him and asks the grandfather if he’s afraid of death since he’s old. The grandfather said he isn’t cuz he has a amazing grand daughter who will carry on the family title and the importance of passing on ur lineage and doing good deeds, so when u die people remember ur name. This changes the emperors outlook and announces the second prince as the crown price and donates a bunch of money to charity and helped out the poor so that he would be remembered as a gracious emperor. But then as it seems that he was gonna die easy the second princes goes and reveals that he knows the real one who kills his mother wasn’t the empress but the EMPEROR!!! (If I remembered correctly). And then suffocates the emperor to death.
I’m cryingggg she really transformed like sailor moon LOL
I feel so bad for yeomin he’s been jusy suffering back to back. His life just started getting better and now his dad shows up to ruin it and now this other student is about to expose yeomins relationship with the seme. I just want to see more happy moments (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
I swear Camilla knew the temple was bad because her sis Rania was from the temple and she also kicked out a soul from another body and a ghost with a priest outfit came out?? Why is she still accepting that stone
The fl already knows that the dad was conspiring with grace so why’s she still living at home? Why can’t she just stay at ml mansion like she was doing before? Then she wouldn’t be in this situation
Why are they blaming maxi for losing the child and questioning if she has issues conceiving??? Like did the emperor not hear that she risked her life to save everybody? Like if she didn’t do that the monsters would’ve overtaken the castle and probably woukdve attacked the capital
Like nothing is happening at all. I loved the war arc as maxi was portrayed as a realistic character who’s trying her best to help with the new powers that she learned. Even though she may seem weak, she’s actually very strong and determined to put herself out there to help others.
But after the arc now, we’ve been just seeing chapters and chapters of her healing and being depressed. With no updates about her miscarriage, riftan, and everything. I feel like they could’ve summarized her healing in 1-2 chapters, and skip to when riftan comes back.

Now we gotta see many chapters of her father wanting her back, her being depressed, riftan coming back and thinking it’s better for her to go with her father since he put her in danger, her being mistreated and thinking riftan doesn’t want her no more because she miscarried, to riftan missing her and finally coming to visit and finding out she’s being abused.
Like based on the pacing right now, it’s about to be another 50 chapters
Ik the first love will be the fl but imagine it wasn’t and she was a normal commoner? I wonder if the ml would bring the first love into the palace since he can’t forget about her and then others will think he’s bringing back a concubine. If u think about it, this is like the beginning of a every villainess trope where ml brings a concubine in and ppl start loving her making the fl jealous and becoming a villain
I just wish they included more fight scenes of the ml fighting and fl healing. Especially when they showed fl being able to slap the monsters to death

After reading it, I like the manga more than the novel. Hestia and kaelus actually communicates in ch 108 of what the issue is and express their anxiety and their feelings for each other. In the novel, I just feel like Hestia and kaelus never really communicated properly after this scene. Like kaleys saved her from the balcony, then he was in shock and trembling, and then Hestia had to be the one to comfort him that she’s not killing hwreelf and that she’s ok. Even afterwards, kaelus stays in bed shocked for a few more days and Hestia found the truth herself, had a mini convo, and kaelus suggested to move back to their province.
Compared to that, the manga does a much better job of showing their feelings for each other and portrays kaelus better. Ppl really didn’t like the kaelus in the novel because he doesn’t really communicate, but here Hestia gets to tell him she feels there’s no purpose to live if he doesn’t want revenge and how she feels like there’s no place for her. Kaelus then got to tell Hestia she doesn’t need a reason to live and he just wants her to be happy
But I still really hoped they had made the balcony scene more dramatic like her standing on top of the railing

after this chapter, the temples crimes will slowly be revealed and the ppl and the nobles will start protesting against the temple and will petition to dethrone Diana. This is when Helios tells Diana to apologize to kaelus and it would all be resolved because originally Hestia only wanted Diana to sincerely apologize
Diana will visit the dukes mansion unannounced and demand to see kaelus while Hestia and kaelus are in the middle of a meeting. Kaelus leaves to meet her where she breaks down crying confessing she still loves him I believe? Kaelus was described to be somehow affected seeing his old love crying on the floor asking for forgiveness and did forgive her. He was mostly surpised because the girl that he uses to love so much and gave him so much pain doesn’t affect him anymore because he only wants hestia now.
BUTTTT after Kaelus sends Diana away, he goes to Hestia , becomes clingy and became desperate to have sex with her (he pushes her on to the bed). This is because he realizes how much he loves Hestia and jusy really wants her after his encounter with Diana. THIS IS WHERE SHE MISUNDERSTANDS. From Hestia perspective, kaelus just meet his old love and is now acting weird, suddenly desperate for sex as if he wants to forget his old love. So Hestia starts thinking if maybe kaelus still had feelings for Diana
Then the nobles started seriously protesting against the temple in front of the palace. They wanted kaelus to sign the petition with them b/c he’s head of nobles. However kaelus said he needed to stay neutral. BUT tjay was when kaelus comes home one day and tells Hestia he decided to not support the decision to dethrone Diana. BASICALLY wasting all the efforts Hestia made to bring her down. Now the reason for this is because Helios begged kaelus and also because it’ll greatly diminish the imperial power if nobles could decid to bring down a royal family members, which will make the country less stable. So for the country’s sake he had to vote against it
BUTTT HESTIA DOESNT KNOWWW
So In her eyes she feels betrayed and like everything she had done was all for nothing. Even though kaelus told her it’s because he doesn’t wanna focus on Diana no more and jusy wanna focus on Hestia, she feels like kaelus after everything had decided to save Diana again. The novel describes it very well but she started to feel hopeless, thinking tjay it’s unfair cuz no matter wat happens to Diana the two male leads will come save her cuz she’s the female lead. Plus all this revenge was cuz she wanted to get justice for kaelus from first timeline, so if the person who got hurt decided to forgive, wat else can she do?
So on the day of the court where they were deciding to dethrone Diana or not, Hestia noblewoman friend sent her a letter asking if Hestia was locked up since she wasn’t showing to any of the rallies despite being one of those ppl who pushed for this. She tells Hestia how shes shocked cuz kaelus is going against the detriment and was asking if tjeee was discourse.
And that’s when Hestia started thinking… there’s no pt in being here. She can’t change anything. There’s no more purpose in life. She started coping saying she can’t change anything because this is just a story and this isn’t real. And if she’s gonna have to see Diana remain a crown princess and being happy she wants out. She wants to go back to her own world. So she sits on top of a balcony and tjoihht about wat would happen if she were to jump down . Would she go back to her regular world? She jusy didn’t wanna be here no more and disappear. And that’s when kaelus arrives home and saw Hestia attempting suicide and immediately runs up and pulls her down. But. Long story short he thought she was trying to kill herself because he supported Diana and thought he was still in love with her
Although everything az did was for Nina’s sake, at the end of the day, Nina would’ve killed herself if sett wasn’t by her side. She would’ve thrown herself into the pond after the she accidentally buried the grandpa who helped her. She also wouldn’t have gotten over her complex with her eyes which az made worse by purposely avoiding it
Ik they skipped the bed scenes since this is pg-13, but in the novel hestia was RIDDING kaelus LOLOL she was in full control topping and making kaelus desperate for more
If she wants to prove that she’s a sword master wouldn’t it be better if she reveals her identity after fighting in the sword fighting competition? Like b/c she’s so good, everybody was already suspecting it to be her, so maybe while fighting the semi final she’ll take off her disguise and show she’s actually the princess? Then everybody would be like wait thays her fighting?
Cuz I feel like the best way to prove ure a sword master is if the public or everybody sees u fight. U bringing in the dragon rn I feel like doesn’t show that ure a sword master. Other ppl can still be like maybe she just tamed it somehow
I wish this would’ve just ended when trashta died and soveishu was trasumatized after glorym died. Why did they even add a memory loss arc?? Why is the author trying to redeem him? It went from one of the best mangas to one of something I don’t even read no more
U can’t tell me all the characters aren’t useless. The crown prince just stands there as maythan is being stabbed consecutively and now the supposed ml is going crazy losing control and becoming a monster while maythan is bleeding out dying. Liek someone bring him to the hospital???
The strongest raksha user died( the space rakshasa) and now there’s the 8 higher being they have to fight. Clearly 1 higher being is already so hard to kill but how are they gonna defeat everyone else?

I’m confused as hell cuz I thought the little brother was supposed to be smart and is trying to fight for the crown prince position?? So why is he holding the mc hostage in front of everybody? Shouldn’t he be pretending that he wasn’t involved since nobody has evidence? But now he got a bunch of witness showing that he had kidnapped and is threatening somebody. Even if the mc didn’t push him off how was he even planning to get away from this LOL like for him is this even worth it
