As someone who reads both straight and yaoi, I can't completely agree with your comment, because MLs are shamed for even remotely having a relationship with anyone other than the FL or MC. I say this because I've seen cases where the ML was raped, and instead of readers focusing on the fact that he was assaulted, their biggest concern was that he had slept with someone other than the FL, with some even saying the author should make the FL sleep with someone else too.
There was also a story where the ML, while still a minor, slept with his teacher. Instead of readers shaming the adult for taking advantage of a minor, the ML was called a manwhore and mocked for it. And it didn't help matter when he became an adult and started sleeping around before he fell in love with FL. A lot of readers genuinely hate playboy MLs and dislikes seeing such trope, in stories, whereas I've seen people completely not care when a FL had been in a relationship or possibly slept with someone other than the ML before.
So, my issue with this FL isn't based on her past relationships or the fact that she slept with the ML so quickly when they reunited. My issue is with how she treated him in the past during their school days and the way she talked shit about him.
As for the people calling her a slut, I'm pretty sure some of them didn't even read past the first few chapters and get to their backstory. Coz If they had, they'd realize that her sexual history is probably the least problematic thing about her character. There are plenty of other flaws in her behavior that are far more valid reasons to criticize her

actually yes. MLs used to be glorified who had sex with various women, but now thats slowly changing. and honestly, thats a bad thing. instead of making men and women feel bad about who theyre having sex with, why cant we just mind our own fucking business?

Yeah, I get your comment, and I agree with you about the realistic aspect of it, women are definitely more slut-shamed than men in real life. But that wasn't really my point.
My point was more about what I've noticed in manhwa communities, where men sometimes get slut-shamed more than women. You see people saying things like, “I don't mind if the FL sleeps around, but I can't stand seeing the ML with anyone other than the FL.” For me, I genuinely don't fucking care if either of them sleeps around, as long as it's before they get into a relationship with each other or fall in love. What an adult does with their sex life is none of my business as long as they aren't cheating or hurting anyone.
I'm saying this because I recently had an argument with someone about this regarding a particular story, and I've also seen plenty of similar comments. So my point is that the FL shouldn't be slut-shamed either, because, for one, she isn't even a slut. If she did something wrong, then criticize her actual behavior and the way she treated the ML, not her sexual life
