The webtoon doesn't ever really go in-depth or talk about Go tactics, how Go is played, etc at all. Was looking forward to an actual manga about that but I stayed for the human relationships and psychological aspect of it. I tried squinting my eyes to find where is the AI but it just looks like the art style is AI-ish. If it were done using AI, I think the artist at least edited the pics.
But it's the opposite. Typical ugliness = darker skin, freckles and frizzy hair but at least there's no glasses or braces I suppose. It's not really racist but a reflection of east asia's (and korea especially) beauty standards. Being asian myself it doesn't bother me as much maybe cause I'm used to the same thing in my society. Okay I'm finally finishing. It was good especially at the start. I was wondering how the author was gonna make the readers not insta hate the ML and then she made him cross dress in chp1 and I was like, okay lol that will work.
I liked how the ML and FL took time to grow feelings and even then the trust is hard to get and FL has a shadow of her past trauma making it hard for her to fully love the ML. However towards the end it felt like the story just went down the usual route of FL rejecting ML and running away scene which I've read in a million of these isekai romance webtoons. What's stopping her to return the ML's feelings really felt contrived at the end, when it was pretty clear she did love him, and everything about her lineage would be resolved if she married him. But of course the ML has to chase and FL has to run away and reject and all the drama has to happen and he has to almost die in front of her to make her accept him.

But this one ironically works cause there's something inhuman about him. Plus, the FL is aware and jaded from the start and makes him work for it. I can actually believe that the ML who's a dragon without emotions never learned loss or love at all until the FL died, and even then his inhuman, dragon's possessiveness is the first semblance of emotion he has. Any other character setting and I wouldn't have liked this, so it's quite fascinating really.
I'm only at season 1 or chp 54 but man...it feels like there's no real obstacle and the author is making a mountain out of a molehill when it doesn't matter what her identity is. They all know she's a wolf but she's needlessly worrying over it and I get it's supposed to be for her to come clean when she's comfortable, but it feels like the drama is just dragged on for nothing.
It would have been interesting to have some real stakes and they would really have felt like enemies to lovers instead of all this. And she left the mansion to seek out the mermaids without even leaving a note?
The upside and reason I'm still reading is cause of the deal with ML's dragon heart and impending doom which the FL seems to be able to help with anyway. And the mystery behind the FL's powers which may be tied to the human king or past life.

Hated hanwool at first but now he's one of my favs. Gunyeob was my fav previously and I still like him as a character but I pity and dislike that he's gone off the rails and is just finding someone to blame for his failed plan. I feel like what he did is already unsalvageable though. Found chilli sauce annoying but he's now a central part of the gang and got a glowup. Sunchul's character arc was the best and I like how it was used as a comparison to gunyeob who was isolated and made all the wrong choices.
Yoonbaek phi was always a psychopath. I feel like they tried to make him seem like he veered into the wrong path but he never had any qualms about killing or hurting people unlike gamin.
I don't feel bad for Anti. He doesn't deserve to live. As for Minhwan, he needs to get beaten to a pulp.

Also, for teenagers they look like they're in their twenties or thirties. The thigh gaps look so weird man. I thought this was about martial arts but that flew out the window the moment the meta heart depression thing appeared and that other dude started using his hand as a sword.
