I wonder what the Grandfather do to be hated so passionately lol
I think Gramps once said, because she (Grandma) has been there from day one, she became greedy and actually think that she has a stake/owning at least half of Sunyang. Based on that, I assumed, they started to drift apart after Sunyang get bigger and bigger and yet she didn’t get to be President of most subsidiaries.
I can't remember but I think I saw a spoiler about why she's that mad. It felt like she wants to be the "Empress Dowager". She hates Dojun mother that's for sure and she extended her hate to Dojun especially on how the grandpa dotes on him. Threatening her position as "Empress Dowager" she's dreaming of.
But I'm not sure. ( ̄へ ̄)
Reading this reminded me of my last moments with my grandpa and I can’t stop crying. Like the older brother I also did not have the chance to connect and talk with my grandpa as much and during our last talk he shared his stories, thinking about it always makes me wonder what could have been if we had spent more time together…

Why is everything so informal? So people who are not allies or part of the empire can just go in a bedroom of a sick King without any invitation whatsoever?
These kind of Little things matter when it comes to a story set in a royal setting and it really makes me cringe. People are not allowed to go in another person’s hospital room without permission let alone a king’s
