Both love interested are just taking advantage of the MC's naivety. Aaron straight up bullied him out of pettiness and jealousy and now demands the MC give him attention, and Noah is just a straight up predator.
I probably missed it, but when did Aaron bully and demand stuff from Ian? I remember him being frustrated at Ian, but not bullying him.
Aaron flat out admitted that he Isolated and demeaned Ian out of jealousy and spite, now he is demanding Ian be clear about his feelings, even tho the dating trials weren't even his idea. Imagine someone making sure your life is as depressing as they can make it, only to decide they have feeling for you now. Aaron is basically telling Ian he should forget about all that just because he likes him now.
I've gotta re-read. I recall Aaron being annoyed and calling Ian an idiot to his friend, but I didn't recall Aaron feeling bothered by him (perhaps due to his lack of social awareness). I do agree about the feelings thing, though; Ian just going along with things is super dangerous, especially with Noah being a borderline psychopath.
The comments summoned me to Bun Bun's rant and was not disappointed. 10/10
