I know Wataru's actions speak so much about his feelings for Chiharu, but for once I wanna see Wataru saying I love you to Chiharu. ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄

When Wataru called Seaki "Chiharu", I was like aaaaccckkkkk. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
My heart got a big blow.
These two make me envious of their relationship.
The way Chiharu expresses his feelings and the way Wataru blushes is just so... It's me who gets embarassed. Hahaha
Another wholesome story with pure love.
I really love this series.

Their story is just beautiful. It's so pure and innocent.
Summer is really the season of love.
That's why summer makes me feel happy and melancholic at the same time.
Reading this story brings back lots of memories. (╹◡╹)

Wow. This is soo fluffy. Kawaiiiii! ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ

I couldn't stop smiling while reading this work. I think I might have looked like an idiot smiling alone reading on my tablet. Hahaha I even skipped dinner just to finish this in one sitting. Must. Finish. First. Lol Priorities! Haha

Ai is so sweet. On top of that, his character is very relatable. I've never had confidence in myself even if my people around me tell me to do so. This part of me makes me easily sad as well. Add it up to overthinking and overanalyzing things and... poof! Welcome to my depressing world. Hahaha ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Kurokawa is also sweet and caring. He's always there for Ai. Almost an ideal guy. However, there's one line from him that somehow broke my heart. It was in the ending when he said he was unsure if he could like Ai if he had not been able to turn into a cat. Was he just brutally honest here? The panel next to it says that Ai had the physique of a beautiful cat and that when Kurokawa first saw Ai naked, he got a big blow in his heart, nonetheless. Please tell me this is just an error in translation. (╥﹏╥)

And now the brother Sai. I am a simp for this guy. He's very supportive and protective of his younger brother, Ai. ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄

And for Kakeru, this one's for you (︶︿︶)=凸.
You piece of dong! You told Ai lies and hurt his feelings! You selfish prick! You even had the guts to slap him the next day and made his cheeks swollen! I regret that Kurokawa didn't find out about this. You're an asshole even when you're a kid, treating a kitten like that! (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

Mina-san! If you like cute and fluffy stories, please read this manga. It's worth your time.

These two don't seem to be in a 2-year relationship to me.
The plot is rather cute, but the supposed to be established relationship isn't really shown. I mean, two years without sex, not even kiss? Come on. Moreover, their communication methods do not seem mature, either. Being in a 2-year relationship must have at least let them be more open to each other. They spent 24 months as boyfriends. What did they do in those two years of being together, just talked about school stuff? They even live in the same apartment, but they do not sleep in the same bed. I find these things quite illogical.
This work shows how essential communication is in any type of relationship.
Akira is my boy here. I'm not really fond of Kousuke. He doubted Akira who has always been trusting to him even when he's around women. Not once did Akira threw a tantrum to Kousuke when girls touched and approached him, but he even had the guts to yell at Akira concerning that Mochi guy. I wanna smack him once, so he'd realize he's lucky to have this Akira.

Another proof that not all love stories have happy endings.

They spent the rest of their lives, but not together.

Despite some issues in page order and changing of names, I really like this manga.
The story is awesome and relatable. It shows how one can be able to move on albeit he has a terrible past.
I love how Kenmoto waited for Akitou, his sensei. He followed and chased after him for three years. He was also able to man up to stand up against his sensei's first love, Tsukiya.
The sensei, Akitou, is also likable. He did not really entertain the student's proposal immediately. He always brushed it off and took it as a joke. But what I like most about him is that he was able to let go of the person he wanted most, even if he still apparently has feelings for him. He was able to let go since he knew their relationship wasn't healthy anymore and he has been happy as a high school teacher. He knew he should bid goodbye to the abusive and somehow toxic relationship from his past. It wasn't easy but he was able to.
Tsukiya is actually pitiful. After reading his and Akitou's back story, I understood more of their relationship. However, the thing is it took him a decade (or more? 10 or 15 years?) to come back from the dead. He made Akitou believe that he died when he could have come back immediately. He even had relationships with women during his many years of hiding from Akitou. It would be very romantic for Tsukiya and Akitou to get back together after all they've been through. They really loved each other in the past and made sacrifices for one another. They also left many promises to tulfill with each other. Yet sad to say, it is already a little too late.
The author is also able to portray women positively in this work. Kenmoto's female classmate (forgot her name. Sorry) was a huge factor in their relationships. She always supported them all the way, even willing to lend all her savings to Kenmoto to enable him to follow sensei to Hongkong. She also has been a good listener and advisor to the main and side couples, Yusa and his seme. Then, there's the niece of Tsukiya. She helped Akitou realize what he really wanted. She was also able to be a shoulder to cry on for Tsukiya after Akitou chose Kenmoto. Both these women played as huge emotional supports to the leads.

The story isn't very complex. It actually has a lot of funny scenes, too.
It is definitely a good read all in all. Some parts made me laugh, some made my heart flutter, and some even made me cry. ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
5 stars! ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Kubo (seme) is a little too pushy. I understand why many readers might feel uncomfortable due to his actions. He has his habit of doings things he likes to the uke, Sugiura, without considering his feelings. Their first encounter was a rape scene, but oh well, this is yaoi so it's nothing new. I find him a tad creepy. He got Sugiura's number from his boss, then started calling him. He even got his address and went to his home. This is what stalkers do, isn't it? He then raped the uke one more time even though he mentioned that he was just there to apologize for being too eager or pushy earlier, making the apologize thing useless. Moreover, he doesn't really listen to the uke when he talks. It's like the uke is talking to air. He just keeps on rambling about the things he is interested in.

Nevertheless, I cannot put all the blame to Kubo. Sugiura also has his fault. He seems to be a yandere. He's a sucker for pleasure. He had the guts to punch Kubo and hit his face to put an end on his over-the-edge enthusiasm. However, when Kubo went to his home unannounced to apologize, he even invited him in. I mean if you really didn't like what happened and you don't want it to happen again, you'd avoid being alone with Kubo in the very first place. But he didn't. This gave Kubo the chance to attack him again. Next, he agreed to hang out or go on a date with Kubo. During the date, he agreed to go out another time again. This gives green signals to the seme to just continue what he has been doing. The rest is then history.

The story isn't very bad. I've read, or should I say, we've read worse and worst. Right? Lol
It's just I feel like it could have been better if the seme has been less pushy. Anyway, he seemed to be having character development (or maybe I was just hoping he would haha) when he was contemplating whether to call Sugiura or not since he knew that if he fucked up one more time, it could be the end for him. Things between these two were finally getting sweet when Sugiura decided to face and accept Kubo's feelings for him. Unfortunately, it is also the end of the story. Haha We didn't get to see the transformation we would wanna see in the seme. Sad.

But honestly, the art is good. I just wish it was uncensored. Lol

Enjoy reading! ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
