Either way she’s smart remember when the femine strike she had a plan to store the food in the west that could have solved the problem but she didn’t say anything because if she did she would have been hated by her sisters and they would’ve tried to kill her.. you might think she’s a coward but No she’s way smarter then them.. tho it would have been better if she made sure to have a backer... she said in one of the chapters that she was wrong not trying to have a backer to back her up.. she’s smart.
