If the google translate prompt doesn't come up automatically for you, you can actually translate the page a different way. If you click on the google translate site itself there's an option for websites - all you have to do is paste the website link into the provided space and it'll open it up in a new page translated.

A way you can do fast MTL (auto-translate) is to upload pdf file to your GDrive, then open it in GDocs. Under 'Tools', there's a 'Translate Document' option - choose your wished language and output title. Voila
If you want a bit better translation, then before translating, use 'Find & Replace' and replace all names and important keywords with their English equivalent - e.g. 이민호 should be Lee Minho and 오빠 should be oppa.
