Why does Dr Renald keep appearing, disappearing, and then reappearing throughout her life ? And when they could be together, he disapeared again and again ? And then he kept forgetting until he saw her again ? Does he has some kind of retrograde amnesia ?
It's like he's play hard to get. and Polyanna's character is true to her name, too stupid to even ask someone's name. They could've gotten together but I guess that it's life.
You never know what happens

While I get that Eleanor found the strength in herself to move on with her life and love, what she did was essentially letting the queen get away scot-free with her crimes (she ordered to kill 2 innocent people: her mother and the girl who was mistake for Eleanor). And hence, it defeated her life's purpose which was to destroy the royal family. And not just her but other innocent people would be killed because the royal family could kill whomever they want and get away with it. The scandal would only destroy the royal family but Salbia would be transformed into constitutional monarchy or become a republic, wherein the royal family has little to no power to do what they want.

What is exactly redeemable about this ending ? Eleanor still could not retrieve her mother's body to have a proper burial nor seek justice / grievances. Forgiveness should only be done when the other party has no more power over you and is remorseful about their actions. In this case, the queen still has the power to kill Eleanor right there and get away with it. Maybe she won't but this ending isn't satisfactory at all. She found love but who knows what if the queen might go after her husband and future children ?
The only satisfactory element of this element is the King's early death. He died whilst knowing that he did not deserve to be called her dad.

Hmmm these are really good thoughts! I think in the end, Eleanor realized that if she brought the royal family down with a scandal, the common people would suffer with the collapse of the government. She was able to forgive for their sake--it was her last act as Sarbia's real "princess". The queen is inspired to be a better person by Eleanor's forgiving spirit, and she also sees that Eleanor is a true Sarbian at heart and that they both desire to protect the country. It's much simpler than it would be in real life, right? Haha. It's really like a fairy tale, but that's okay, sometimes that's all we need. (=・ω・=)

People don’t need to rely on a totalitarian government for anything, especially when that government is a cruel royal family who kills and gets away with anything.
South Koreans suffered under a dictator’s tight grip but look how they turned out after he was assassinated.
Still, we cannot refute the fact that Eleanor’s mother’s body is forever buried inside a snowy mountain and she deserves a proper burial. The Queen may try to be a better person but it doesn’t change the fact that she is still a cold-blooded murderess whose power deserves to be stripped off.
And why is it that the villainess get what she wants (getting away with murder and Eleanor’s silence) in the end? Eleanor might have the desire to protect Sarbia Kingdom and its people but the evil queen only wants to protects herself. Maybe if she just left a mother and her daughter be from the start, she wouldn’t have to worry about her past coming back to haunt her.

At this point, we all know that Nezuko is the only one who can save Tanjiro by burning Muzan’s cells off of his face. Tanjiro cannot defeat Muzan alone and that’s a fact. He would need Nezuko’s power to turn his blade red and use the Breath of the Sun.
Together, they are fearless as a fighting duo.
However, Nezuko’s appearance will be exactly what Muzan wanted: so that he could consume her and conquer the sun. Nezuko might be as strong as a twelve demon moon but she will still be vulnerable toward Muzan. And from previous chapters, we can deduce that Nezuko has not fully turned back to human yet (due to her super strength and canine teeth) and her appearance might be detrimental to her life as well as Tanjiro’s purpose which is to keep her alive. What do you think should happen and should not happen ?
My heart will break if any of our characters are sacrificed. T_T

Honestly, how long does the mangaka intend to make Tanjiro asleep ? Until 4 more pillars die ?

Define “rushed plot”, asshole. The door is there for you, not me.
Wondering why a protagonist remain asleep during a heated battle is a legitimate question, especially it’s Tanjiro who wants to defeat Muzan the most. I also don’t like the possibility of “all pillars die so that Tanjiro can wake up and defeat Muzan alone”, either.

    Jakanzn January 19, 2020 6:38 pm

Probably not maybe he will join up with them sooner or later but I don’t think they are gonna kill all the pillars

The authoress, Koyoharu Gotōge, already made up her mind with the ending so I don’t think we can have any influence as readers.
I just wonder if Tanjirou will be rescued and wakened by Nezuko on time. All of the serum made by Tamayo were used up so she is the only one who can save him.

Bitches like me ? I was only talking about the characters and the storyline. As a reader, I have the right to discuss about the story.
Congratulations for knowing SO MUCH about me when this is only my first comment. It’s my fucking freedom of speech so deal with it. I don’t give a damn what an asshole like you have to say. Who are you ? A Communist? Not even my parents can challenge what I think.
And for the record, I pay yearly subscriptions for anime services which will help mangaka earn a lot more money so don’t fucking go there.

I honestly think the mastermind who orchestrated the whole gang rape on video tape against the one who committed suicide might definitely be his own brother, the one that called Tae-min a whore and acted like an obsessed bitch over Si-Woon at the very beginning. And hence, the guy (forgot his name) felt trapped for he could not trust anyone, even a family member, and desperation as well as rape trauma drove him to suicide. That was why Si-woon suggested that Tae min being next by him can be enough to drive him crazy. I think he will plan on something more sinister now that Tae-min is even closer to Si-Woon at the witness of many girls who are able to spread the rumour like wildfire.
Oh well. It's Tae-min and he can certainly handle that bitch.

Geez. How dense and daft can Kirino be ?
Fujio came over his house all the time, cut his hair so that he would look cuter, said that he was beautiful more than one occasion, complimented his nipples, kissed him more than once, and even masturbated him ?
And yet Kirino kept wondering why and kept on being jealous over nothing. He obviously created drama on his own. (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜

    Anonymous February 15, 2017 10:16 pm

Um, really? I think Fujio's the dense one. I'm not feeling the love from Fujio, either. And apparently many other people on this forum agree, soooooo....

    Anonymous March 4, 2017 1:31 am

Isn't it just because Kirino has an inferiority complex?

If I were him and witnessed the same truth like he did (my wife's murderer reappearing as well as stealing her watch and another lecherous geezer laying his hands on my daughter), I would have been a murderer as well. And hence, Dan-sensei was sympathetic with him for his overprotective feelings toward a daughter is universal. However, it is quite sad that the daughter never knew her dad.

Annoying as hell

From this series, I can conclude that Takato is the exact replica of Akechi in terms of talent, capability, and intelligence. Even the cockiness is similar. However, his affinity for crime is as strong as Kindaichi's strenuous spirit for truth and justice.
That is why Akechi is not the main character of the series for he will only be a strong but not necessarily formidable opponent against Takato's art of perfect crime.

Instead of asking for (frequent) updates like others,I would like to express my gratitude toward the scanlation group who decided to pick up and continue to provide more updates and chapters that I never read despite knowing this manga series for years. I have soon given up on pursuing more materials from Detective Academy Q since 2010 considering the lack of resources back then. I was able to watch the adapted animated series yet I bet that a lost of stories were missed due to time slot limitation. And then one day in the year of 2016, more and more updates flourished this page to my utmost surprise. And they did not stop. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~
Now I can continue with the Q class's journey and more intriguing cases.
P/S: The espionage stratagem in the manga is much more thrilling and mind-boggling
