The art is so detailed and gorgeous. Also the premise is definitely unique so I can see why it won an award. But I was hoping for a better execution and world building. Like, some details about that doctor who proposed that idea to Tenkotsu's parents and the hygiene exhibition shown at first. Those looked pretty shady to me so I was hoping author would explore them a bit more. The main story is tragic nonetheless- Hisao being used as a sacrifice and replacement for his brother all the time and then Akihiko ending up using Tenkotsu as a replacement for Hisao creates a full circle moment at the end. Anyways, it definitely had so much potential to be a longer series but I kinda get the appeal of it being a one-shot.

I wish I could pretend that I'm not immensely disappointed by the progression of the story (the writing already went downhill from 2nd season onward). Last week I saw an user here bringing up the power imbalance topic and I completely agree with their take. I too think that it was already off putting by the way author put Yujin, a very strong character who's capable of taking care of himself, at such a disadvantage and defenseless position just to create some cheap/unoriginal drama（￣へ￣）Also by doing this, author made it way too easy for Aaron to "get back" Yujin and take complete advantage of his vulnerability(which is not much different from what those thugs were about to do to him). Anyways, can't believe my gut feelings from last chapter actually became true and Idk what I'm feeling anymore T_T Let's just see what happens in the next chapter...
I agree, no critical thinking or good writing here. Didn't get to see yujin living in different places with different people and actually miss Hunter, or we didn't get to see how Hunter is feeling or yearning for yujin. This is sickening, only people's fetishes are being drawn out. Well guess what, there are 1000 other manhwas doing the exact same thing. So unoriginal. Everything starts promising, and then this shit.
the runaway arc is ridiculous in the first place since the comic is not like novel that could explain and describe better to us the depth of Yujin' s mind why he make such decision and why he's not taking other ways or just talk it out or what refrain him from talking it out. But I think it's because the action is less drawn that you may feel like it's easy, actually it's not that easy for Aaron. He spent a year? And so much money for searching team and to pay damages.

Not really. The lack of action or explanation isn't the reason why the plot progression feels disappointing to me. It's the presentation issue. Despite not being that much fond of the runaway arc, I can understand to some degree why Yujin ran away because there was at least a little buildup to that and we can actually somewhat understand Yujin's anxiety regarding how he views Aaron and their relationship. But whatever is happening right now? Not a single buildup to that in sight and this writing decision actually strips away both Aaron and Yujin's character and how they were presented/built up within the story. Also by saying "easy" I wasn't actually belittling Aaron's efforts at searching. I meant to point out that Yujin's vulnerability in that situation made it easy for Aaron to get him back. Like, would it really happen if author didn't make Yujin sick out of nowhere? At least he would have full control of himself and his thoughts in this moment and there would be no power imbalance if that were the case don't you think?
Yeah I agree it is too perfect as coincidence they met just in time when Yujin is too vulnerable and Aaron plays Prince Charming once more. Maybe not only were those netizen portrait Yujin as Cinderella, author too is obsessed in making him one lol.
