Ok so I just happened to logout... And went to my homepage(without logging in)... It only showed only a few mangas.
I logged in again and checked the settings, but there I have given the permission "visible" for the "Want/Reading/Read"
But I have marked the "only visible for me" options in majority of mangas while adding it to my library...
What should I do???????

The visible/hidden option in the setting is just for your activities, so you basically allowed your followers to see your reading activity in their own feed, this means it’s not related with what you asked
And for the main problem, if you chose only visible for myself for all of them, they aren’t visible to others and you need to change it one by one if you want them to be visible（/TДT)/

they don't appear darken for me though
I'll try using incognito mode but it's like when I click a manga which is in the lastest update column it's name turns dark T-T
And I accidentally clicked the genre tags present in one of the mangas and now that tag is darkened
