I'm devastated by this news. Yamamoto Kotetsuko is one of the OG BL mangaka for me. Honto Yajuu will forever be a favorite, and I think I've probably read everything she's made. Her stories are always so funny and have brought me a lot of joy over many years. I really hope she recovers T_T
