I think this usually happens if someone is a new uploader. They automatically remove uploads despite it being the correct chapter.
And ahh idk who you can talk too, mangg0 email doesn't work. Theirs no moderator or anyone else related to mangg0 here. I think Jujucat or Akumakira might know something, they're one of the oldest most known uploader. To contact them you can just find their uploads in any other comics. Just tap on their username, scroll down and u'll find "Email" (Hope my memory is correct) through that you can contact them.

I was in the middle of reading it （/TДT)/ , went away and when I came back it had been removed!
