hi i think it's like when in yaoi (or anywhere) they sexualise licking ice cream (ice pop?) or eating sausages or bananas, or anything with the same shape, i think it's not sexualising the object but using the object as a "safe" representation of the thing it makes you think of, like a d*** for the exemples above
