Need help finding this manga

For sure a manga- the cover is like blue and orange I think? With the MC on it- not 100% sure if it’s actually BL but it probably is- can’t remember the plot exactly but I think they solve crimes together. the one guy has supernatural powers where I think he can like remember the dead’s memories or something like that- the love interest is blonde I think? He had lighter hair, the mc had black hair- would appreciate any help!!
