i am desperately looking for this manga..
it goes like this.. they are student. the guy has feelings for his bestfriend.. but the bestfriend is straight and has a girlfriend. he was asked by the bestfriend if they can use his room/unit for a night with his gf.. then the guy has a neighbor in the same uni.. he ends up with him in that neighbor's unit/room having sex while listening on the other side..
