Well I'm not sure I completely understand it myself. I'm guessing it has to to with where the author posts the manhwa on the webtoon site. It might be a contract issue and if that's the case, this could be on hiatus for a long time. Anyway, this is what I'm inferring from the Facebook post of the fan club.

I loved Kagetora's face when he realized Kuroko was right next him. I was laughing so hard. I'm so sad that it's going to be a long time before the next chapter.
This is pretty good so far. Though it annoys me when the female heroin keeps walking around carelessly when she's aware a lot of people are after her. She was the one asking for protection after all. It's too bad this got dropped. I really want to know what happens next.
This felt really incomplete. Or like the beginning/set up, of a longer story.
