Why are people so quick on labeling pedophilia on age gap . If your read the chapters you should have known that when they met, MC didn't know ML was a high schooler. He only found out once they lived together and the relationship only lasted a month after MC knowing. MC wasn't attracted to ML because he was a minor. He was attracted to him because ML was the only alpha that can actually detect that he was an omega + also the fact that ML approached MC first.

and i dont think MC is that old to begin with TT he did not attend university and worked after high school so there's a possibility the gap is not so big
