It's guilt as you see he's the eldest sibling he doesn't want for his siblings to live the way he did he want them to live better, this guilt also consumed him to the point he thinks he doesn't deserve to be this happy when his siblings are not he's putting tgem before himself he doesn't need anyone to talk to him cuz he will still prioritize his siblings he'll only think he deserves happiness after his siblings are happy and living their lives to the fullest, he's so precious

He's living a life of luxury while his siblings aren't which fuels that guilt, but also he is currently in a position with his current lifestyle and the high paying job he got as a photographer to now share that life of luxury with his siblings!!!
