But I have to say it really isn't a game whether when uploading something illegal. The authors are or aren't fluent in english and are using google translate, which can cause misunderstandings with the "you're killing us" bit. The author is completely in the right side.
Based on the screen shots, I don't even see that the uploader was trying to negotiate even, however it could be from nervousness or emotions. Even so, the author should atleast posted the whole screen shot of their messages to not cause any misunderstanding but it's understandable that she did that in order to attract more attention.
Look, it's simple as this, either translate the story yourself and don't share it, or gamble with your life and share it to the world. I know, I'm a hypocrite saying this as I am reading in an illegal site. But just so you know, we all are at risk of harming and making many artists jobless and penniless because of our actions. Don't go blaming them because "that's what they chose to do." bull shit, it's the same as blaming a sexual assault victim because of how they dressed. (I'm doing my best and stop reading at mangago and just read at webtoon)
