Despite their first meeting I thought their chemistry was extremely high as the story went on. They have common character archetypes but they balance each other out really well… however
Going through the raws, the ML makes a very selfish decision which leads to him inadvertently physically hurting the MC to the point the MC almost died. SPOILERS but he decides to keep the bell to keep MC in his circle which gets him possessed and leads to the ghost choking tf outta MC. His energy then went haywire and when the MC went to fix it (like how ML did in chapter 1), they don’t let him dominate (BOOOOO) and ML is in a trance like state as he pushes him down. No MC taking initiative and hopping dick yall :/
Jokes aside it’s pretty in character for him to be selfish like this but I was mega disappointed. I hope he sobs and pleads for forgiveness cause ts wouldn’t had happened if he wasn’t thinking with his dick

Tho imo sobbing and pleading for forgiveness is warrented, its a bit out of character. I personally just want to see an reflection, guilt and acceptance of his mistakes as well as making it up with the MC.
Stories are meant to tell about flawed characters, making mistakes while learning from it and grow to a better person. But what makes a story good is exactly how they handle the problems and mistakes. Personally sobbing while pleading for forgiveness just doesn't solve the root issue (in a narrative sense).
So I'm hoping that the story is going to tackle this problem in a mature and insightful way and not have it be fixed with just a plead.
Ugh u get me bc I usually don’t like the sobbing or pleading for forgiveness route. They already feel very different from other yaoi characters out there so I hope ML actually takes accountability and confesses as to what he did wrong and apologizes. Here’s hoping it doesn’t get swept under the rug
