I read this manga a few months ago and I can't remember what it's called. It was an isekai with a pretty standard op black haired MC, the only thing I remember that was unique is this side character Wilhelm(?) who was this scary looking guy with a spear but was protecting an orphanage. There was also a kid with cat ears who could see the future or something.
Any ideas? I tried searching tags but there are too many isekai, RPG, reincarnation, stuck in a game, shounen mangas.
