    Yes unfortunately that happened to everyone. The site was down and as a result everyone’s reading lists have gone. Unless you rated or tagged what you read it won’t be restored in you reading lists

    You're not receiving them because it seems there are issues with notifs + your reading lists are gone

    Add the stories you want notifications for to a custom list but make sure your changes are reflected. Sometimes the entry goes through, and sometimes it might not.
    The site is unstable, so I personally recommend against adding stuff to your reading etc. lists to be safe as they were the most affected by site crash
