This guy is the top hunter in Korea, but he gets like trapped in a portal and when he comes back a couple years have gone by and everyone thinks he’s dead. He runs into this grandma and granddaughter and they take him in and he works at the hangover soup restaurant to live a normal life. A bunch of hunters happen to eat there and I think our ML sniffs him out as a hunter or something. The main lead has like poisoning power so like he has to wear a gas mask. The main character doesn’t want anyone to know their old identity so they pretend to be weak to live a normal life instead of finding monsters etc.

I’m trying to find a book. I think it was a manhua or webtoon but can’t be sure cause I only saw the cover for a second. The cover had the main character (a man) In the middle and then him at different ages, kind of behind him/surrounding him. I think he had blue hair.
And the title had something to do with success from the beginning or success from birth or fame from birth.
