My theory is that he was one of the people to come back from the dead, but he actually gained consciousness again something like this, But it was like he was a blank slate as a human. His first representation of humans was in the midst of an apocalypse. That’s why he doesn’t remember what happened before and he doesn’t really know what sex is and he has such a naïve perspective on stuff like that, but then is ruthless and disturbing in other ways. I mean those lines on his neck and ankles is giving Frankenstein. We saw the twitching hand under the rubble. IDK That’s my theory for now.
