Spoiler ahead - my Opinion

It is not a perfect story by any means, several comments have already mentioned some of its weaknesses.
I personally ‘enjoyed’ the story and will re-read potentially to pass time.
Apart form the ‘kill them all immediately’ argument, I actually liked the pace of the story and the MC/ML dynamic (we have not stayed frustrated for thousands of chapters ‘I love him, but I can’t, but I love him etc), which I appreciated as I felt everything moved more ‘realistically’ in their relationship than other stories. I also like the ‘realistic’ approach of people able to move on from past relationships/love eventually, and no ‘2nd ML’ who remain single and unhappy for the rest of their life dying on the FML.

My pet peeve that honestly really annoyed me and that is not mentioned in other comments as far as I can see: I may have misunderstood idk, but what do you mean your ‘friend’ for what I seem to understand YEARS, or anyway for a long time, did not send any of your letters replies to your lover, causing a major important misunderstanding…. and there is no real confrontation with the friend, the misunderstand is cleared in a couple of chapters between MC/ML in a simplistic way, and everyone happy like what happened was not something serious… like eh?
And then the author makes that friend ‘fall in love’ with FML a second later, the second he sees her.
… not gonna lie I was about to clock out there on the story….

All in all, depending if you can accept its weaknesses, this can be an engaging 7/10 read.

I am all for ‘naive’ MC etc - I really do not mind most of the time, but, and I do not like to say this… she is stupid.
Full-stop. And stupid in a bad way.

Like to say one - you know to need to steer away suspicion from the villain, who is clever and you know that he wants you for your ‘panacea blood’ (or whatever it is lol).
So what do you do? You are back second life you ask him directly what ‘panacea blood’ is to get some clues. And afterward, when surprised you did not get any clues, you think ‘oh, maybe it was not a good idea to ask him that’… Like…what? Are you for real?
My IQ lowered just by reading the few chapters I have read honestly.

ML is alright, but the story is way too childish and at points extremely stupid.
MC trusts the whole world for no reason, but she cannot trust her father.
For chapters and chapters we were repeated how important it was for her the guy who saved her 10 years prior… for the revelation to be completely ignored, not even acknowledged…so what was the point of putting that plot point.
Not gonna lie.. they were still depicted a bit childish, but I did like the ‘enemies’. And I do find the ending for Ansen ‘poetic’ but that’s it.
I was getting so annoyed on the MC and how the story was portrayed so I started even skimming at some point and I do not think I actually missed much
I saw the child, so lol I will not reread and will not continue… do not actually recommend either not even as a quick read

All considering, not a bad Manhwa for this trope… ML is bad indeed, but in my opinion, not so extremely ‘irredeemable’ like the ML in other stories.
This being said this is all a kind of series of cliche, nothing really new. The art is majestic (even though the MC is definitely white so shiny LOL).

Only thing for those thinking of reading this, MC is very Mary Sue style. She was bullied and hit and worse by Elizabeth…. And while running away she mentioned that she was ‘going to miss her’ as well? I almost lost it there not gonna lie LOL
I am definitely not happy how they handled the Elizabeth part of the story… come on ML became insufferable and had a crisis because he found out Eli was not his real sister and he had to hide it from his father for whatever reasons… and all this time the father already knew? This is a joke… and after all the shit Eli did… she will just live ‘happily’ in another country… like do they not fear that she can convince her husband to start a war with them LOL

The stalker is MC crush, I believe this, he is just crazy to fight his ‘feelings’ for MC while being homophobic

I got the story more or less but I do not get this part… why the hell ML is even ‘considering’ marrying the pest? I mostly get what is happening but I somehow do not get this…

I read up until the end of the second season…. We still have around 10 chapters to go

Reaction of the last chapter: oh cute, they resolved the last misunderstanding and did the final exams and the season will then end in a good note…. Wait, this is too nice…

So… I am gonna give my 2 cents here… and it is not gonna be positive… so if you are not able to accept this and the only reply that gets in your mind is ‘don’t like, do not read’, yeah thanks, I know that already… but I like reading all kind of stuff to have my own opinion so I tried to read this again after the end of the first season and also mind you, I am a fan of cute small top and big bottom as well to begin with.

Honestly I have no idea how this work can be at 9 on reviews… and having a 2nd season…

First of all, I read a few comments and I am stupefied… no one is really calling out the ‘grape’ on their first ‘nut scene’… we know that it does not matter the ‘role’, it is still to be considered as such…. right?
If this was ‘reversed’, I can 100% confirm how most comments would be in relation to that… but none here. I am gonna say it, that really put me off here, because it does not need to be there to begin with in this type of story.

ABO Nonsense
I wanna preface that I am not a big fan, but I also read ‘unconventional’ ABO pairings…. when they make sense, when they make sense (yes i am saying this twice).
You cannot really make me believe that an Alpha, in a Rut, in a front of a Beta, with no pheromones, and his first instinct is to be di**ed down, and the Beta there, not affected by the pheromones at all, just there ‘receiving’.
You can like the pairing dynamic sure, but how can you call a story ‘good/recommended’, if the base of it does not make sense to begin with in the world-building they chose the story to be in?

Overall the rest of the story is cute, but very basic, inclusive of the Omega ‘antagonist’.. nothing really new.

So the story is good for what? Because the Top is taller and the Bottom is an Alpha? Even with the ‘pseudo-grape scene’ in it? Because that is also all I see mentioned in the comments…

If you like this pairing dynamic? I recommend ‘In your wake’, which makes more sense in a way for the MC and ML dynamic.

Mind you, this is not spoiler, just Theories here…

- 3rd Prince did not actually have CP’s Mate as ‘Lover. If it goes the usual way these go, LOL, CP was in love with his Mate, but she loved 3rd prince, one sided

- CP kills his Mate in rage eventually, but pinned it to his brother/some sort of plot after her death.
Anyway, his mate will never reincarnate because, as we have just been told, there is a curse by killing your own mate.

- Comes MC, 3rd prince and her were ‘happy’ (wait a second LOL), but CP comes in and start dragging her with Hallucinations, and dragging her tea, so she keeps on getting sicker

- 3rd prince ‘knows’ about CP intention, so to hide his emotions, he starts treating MC coldly (… yeah, an explanation would be too much overrated, isn’t it? LOL)

Did not expect so much plot from this LOL, but I am in

Spoiler about the ending FYI
I don’t know… it was definitely a good ride and the psychological part of the characters was amazingly done… love all the dynamics here very well done, read the whole story in one go.

However, after all this, not gonna lie, I am still a bit disappointed by the ending… nothing changes, and they will just be on the run for the rest of their life? I do not know… for such an amazing story, the ending does not satisfy me as much as it should l…
