I remember, when SnB came out the hype was inmense, good times, there were times when I felt I wasn't liking the story much, in comparison with MAGI, like, we all knew Sinbad had insane plot amor but I LOVED how that was the point, Sinbad is the original "Blessed/Cursed" child with all the power a d Charisma in the world, but in exchange, loneliness and being drunk on said power comes, also how destiny works in MAGI, even all the most cruel moments were also his fate, not even the strongest is safe from suffering. That Madaura experience... honestly those were heavy arcs.
Bruh I genuinely felt sick with what he did to the the slave children and his decision of letting the people of his Village, now monsters, be killed for his country, and thats a secret only Sinbad (and Barbarossa, knew) same with Mystras and mommy Rurumu's deaths, I felt genuine heartache, nah, forget it, I actually had to put down the phone, I FELT PHYSICALLY BAD fr.
I also teared up for Falan, she was the one I empathized the most out of the evil 3 from Alma Torran, how she never got over losing her son and Husband, her treasures, how she was looking for Tess in Ceylan, just to be used and eventually killed by David.
I wished we saw even more adventures and interactions like Celendine and Judar's relationship, is obvious he felt AWFUL when he realized that Celen hated him, for good reasons.

I just finished this manga after months of reading it in a irregular basis because I had to take breaks or put down the Phone a lot of times out of, a lot of emotions....
This is such a RAW story, it portrays really well the whole thought process of the predator, the victim, the people who never help out of fear or shame, Moto Hagio crafted so many amazing characters, each one with their own issue and knew how to handle each one, I hated them, I loved them, I was fascinated by their "minds" I was really close to feel everything was hopeless, really, how can you come back from all that? Jeremy is such a strong kid, they stole and kept stealing everything from him but I'm glad he is slowly healing, he deserves a peaceful life, Ian, I swear to the higher force if you aren't kind to him I'll strangle you, jerk, out of all the "Good" characters Ian made me conflicted, but it was a great 2nd lead.
Just like with Niichan, I don't think I'll read this again, I'm not strong enough, or who knows... but I'm pretty sure the story is going to stay with me forever.

The best way I can describe this manga is addictive, I even felt the chapters were getting shorter, specially near the end, Jeez thats the father of the year, I'm so sorry Mikado.
Btw I LOOOOVED the character development, Mikado was kind of cowardly and atvthe end he has so much confidence, Rihito was kind of the oppossite, he was so "in control", but by the end he is a lost child, needs to start and learn from 0, but is great to see him having real friends, people who CARE for him by his side.
All the other characters were AMAZING and their interactions top notch.
