Yumi's Cell is a really good webtoon since it's very realistic when portraying Yumi's relationships. It takes some chapters for her to meet Woong but it's really good and it's an accurate portrayal of real life.

Or find pictures of real people to model yours after and practice by tracing them, then modifying the style to fit yours and then start drawing them without tracing?
When learning to draw faces, you could flip both your sketch and your reference photo upside down. It helps you pay more attention to the lines and colors, instead of just drawing what you think a face should look like.

Absolutely. I can't draw either so I've taken to trying different things. I've written a couple novels (though only like, 2% I ever finished. I'm currently learning programming to make some text based games. There are always other ways!
Practice is key, find something your comfortable with as well, it is okay to find inspiration.
