You dont deserve to be downvoted. You are right that a more palatable word could have been used. However, as seen from the quality of the translation, we cant really expect much from it. They could have just translated it quite too literally or had the bad luck of not finding a better word.
I am not saying that this is okay nor am I not being grateful for this free translation. Let this one go and hopefully the translators/editors will know better and do better next time.

Nah.. y’all hyped joy up when she rlly has no flaws or much of a personality. Yeah she’s “perfect” but it doesn’t make for an interesting story if there’s no conflict whatsoever. Team Joy has repeatedly bashed Dahye and called her toxic when she just has flaws, and hadn’t realized she liked Yuna until she saw how much she tried to hide her own feelings. And Yuna only got with Joy to get over her feelings, and because they haven’t gone away and she knows Dahye might like her back, it’s not right for her to lead Joy on. Joy is kinda cute, but she’s still not the godly character y’all make her out to be.

I’ve read up to the most recent chapter on copin comics(where it’s licensed) and honestly you guys are getting this all wrong. It’s less of a “gay” story and more of a story that happens to have an lgbt lead romance.. it’s messy right now because it’s supposed to be. Blondie only likes the siblings bc of their artistic talent, but as she spends more time with the mc she is slowly growing to truly appreciate her. Somewhat of a narcissist, she only likes the things they create about her, not their genuine love. She likes their attention and the image of her being in love but she isn’t actually. At this point in the story she is going to eventually fall for the lead, and it’ll get even more messy. I also enjoy the other characters, (i think pink haired guy might have an unrequited crush on the mc’s brother but that’s just my theory)..
