can someone explain this to me like im a child i understood nothing what happened in this chapter except that hes pregnant what was the ledger again?? i dont remember
Okay so, to sum it up:
Saein found out that the Prosecutor has implanted spy cams all over the house to keep an eye on him
At the same time, he borrowed a pregnancy test of the detectives and asked them to keep that a secret
When everyone left Saein went out to check up on the spy cams and was interrupted by the assistant of the prosecutor (the man with the glasses)
Saein then has a flashback of the assistant bringing him a glass of “water” which afterwards turned out to contain so many lemons that it should have tasted sour but Saein didn’t taste anything indicating he’s pregnant.
The flashbacks ends and Saein ask the assistant what his motives are which got the reply “it’s natural to help those in need”
The assistant then takes of his coat and wraps it around Saein and then ask him to hold on to his shoulder.
Saein then notices something that looks like tattoos on the assistant’s back and thinks about that it looks like a strange tattoo to have at a place where no one can see it.
Then Saein realized this is the first time seeing the assistant without his coat on and also recalls the prosecutors disregard of other human beings health
While Saein remembers this he also recalled finding a pen tip as sharp as a needle when he was looking for the ledger (something that contains important and secret information) in the prosecutors office.
Saein then realizes that the prosecutor had carved the ledger onto the back of his assistant.
And that’s what happened I hope it’s clear ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
i know koreans talk suoer formally but cmon youre in a relationship call him w his name or something else other than MISTER
It kinda makes sense within cultural context i guess haha. Something similar happened to me too coz i ended up dating a family friend for a bit, and he was 36 when I was 25. As a filipino, I had grown up calling him Kuya (equiv of older brother) kinda like Oniichan/oppa/gege . So it was just natural for us to keep that when we suddenly started dating, and until now (back to being just friends) at 36/47 yo hahaha. But i did try referring to him by name when in a professional setting (his office) because he was a too lawyer at the time while i was a senior college student. Hella weird tho!! Coz in filipino culture it just feels so rude hahaha
ok i think the author forgot he was supposed to be "blind"
he's not totally blind, he can clearly see sometimes and blurry most of the time it's the effect of the poison
yea i know that but the author clearly has forgotten
