A few years ago when I was in 9th grade or so there was a period of time when I would get sleep paralysis every single damn time I fell asleep, which made me scared of falling asleep and the fear only enabled the paralysis further.

My sister is 6 years older than me, so growing up we just didn’t have a lot in common. Of course we did spend time together but it just was very different from hanging out with friends my age. And I always felt like I annoyed her, which I often actually tried to do as well soooo yeah xD
