First, none of the stories are a spinoffs of this one. This is actually part of a six stories series, but the author only released this one so far, but will start next year with the remaining webnovels of this series.
If you mean same universe: "Kiss me if you can" and "Desire me if you can" of the "...if you can " series. And Kiss the scumbag, too. The rest wasn't adapted to manhwa so far, web novel/novels only for now.

I would try "Desire me if you can" (Grayson Miller x Dane Striker). It's my favorite of the author, but that is beside the point. Main reason why I recommend it is that they are more equal in power. Both are physically strong and huge, both are manwhores. Grayson is a born manifested and Dane is a dominant omega. It's enemies to lovers. Their dynamics are totally different from "Kiss me liar".
"Kiss the scumbag" goes more in the KML direction, having a weaker omega. Another trashy dominant alpha + misunderstanding, omega with a child suffers under that family etc.
And as I said, the others are not adapted to manhwa. Some are lighter and some are much darker.
I’m still baffled about how I thought the characters from the Greatest Estate Developer were going to be one off cameos and they actually were legit characters here. This story is funny and Laid back, pretty neat

We knew the truth obviously but omg the little unsettling feeling was starting to make me doubt. Like why would he put the poor man through all that emotional heartache?!? My theory is that he was trying to reel him in like a pray, I mean what better way to make a men fall in love with you then isolate, take care and sleep with him. It was a twisted plan but damn is it interesting
