I just started this and the age thing is bugging me so much. I know if he clears the game and everything goes back to normal, it will be like it never happened and the most likely ending would be he becomes the pd of the dawn, but if there's an ending where he remains an idol how would they deal with his age?!?@? Like is he ok with randomly being the same age as his little brother!?@?
This has been bothering me so much omg!!
Like idk if the novel is finished or not but i just need to know if they've even discussed how he feels being the same age as his brother. They kinda just brush past it.
Also for the contract distribution, won't his other members get upset if they find out how much he gets, while it's obvious he should make more since he brought the group back from destruction, i feel the other members should at least get 40 on their own contracts if he's getting 60.
I mean no amount of work on his part changes the fact that the group won't do well if the other members don't pull their weight.
i can spoil about the age thing keeping it as minimal as possible... (well u will probably find out bc its revealed in chapter 76 anyway)

He's not bothered about being the same age as his brother. They can explain it away with their birthdays being far apart. According to their documents, Hoyun is born in Jan and Hojin is born 11 months later in Dec (and bc of the Korean age system they will always have the same numbered age every year). The brother still recognises Hoyun as the older one and calls him hyung so even if he's biologically younger he still considers himself 10 years older than everyone else. There is another point to this but its major spoilers (I think ch 200-300)...

let's just say the key point is 'as long as Hojin doesn't forget Hoyun is his 10 year older brother' he's ok with it.

She should play poker at this point. Change the genre of the story to one of those god of gambling stories lol. I honestly hope she leaves red head alone. This guy is just trying to live a good life omg
Edit: Her entire situation is also interesting because since she's a minor she can live in an orphange till she's 18, if they deem her parents unfit to raise her. Truly if she actually talked to someone ablut her issue she would know this. Instead of keeping her mum in a freezer.
Yeah, the premise just seems to be that shes kinda clueless about certain things
Although it is possible that she thought about it or tried to make that happen and it didnt work, either cause the legal system doesnt care/doesnt allow it, or cause no one would take her ( ̄∇ ̄")
Nah she hasn't told anyone. That's why she put her mum in the freezer. She's convicned the moment someone finds out her mum is dead she'll have to live with her dad. Why she thinks red head will be any different is because she thinks they're similar.
But literally her parents are already separated and the mum literally gets child support from the government so i doubt they would force her to live with her dad if she said he was an alcoholic that beats the crap out of her.
But ur right there's also a chance the government won't give a shit about her and make her live with him anyway or with a distant relative that might also abuse her.
Yeah
Sorry i didn't explain my thought process well..
I meant its possible that she like looked it up or researched it after her mom died, or even when she was still alive, if she could go live away from her parents and has now written it off
The government just not caring is also likely, especially since shes clearly neurodivergent of some kind
But I agree that it should be an obvious option to avoid her dad
Shes just kinda clueless as I said
She may not even think of it as possible
That totally makes sense. If she looked it up onlin, i can see where she would get the idea that her only option was her dad. So many stories of ppl living with abusive parents and no help
Yeah :3
Also, to the sentiment of your original comment, a gambling god story would be a really funny twist lmao
