Hello I found this email in the contact page and was emailing you my problem , I have logged into my account today and noticed that my account had been wiped clean of all manga’s I have dear manga go , today I logged into my account and found any and all my bookmarks were all deleted which I assume happed with an update!? Is there a way to get them back or do I have to find them all again ??

Same here mangago please fix this. I use your website because I have managed to track 14 years of reading manga. If I loose all that I will delete my account and never come back. Legit the only reason I use mangago is because of my account

For me cus I know they won't see it and I just wanted to yell into the void and threaten the void so I could feel comfort. Because I won't and cant be rude to people who do stuff like this without asking us to pay them. Can't yell directly at the cus that's mean and rude but I can yell into the void

HELLO!I need help.I have an issue with my saved manga/manhwas that i have already read or i'm reading.
Normally,every time i clicked on my profile,i could saw all of them,but now it's showing 0 everywhere.i'm scared that i have done sth bad.i had 183 mangas and manhwas that i have read in the last 2 years.Did i deleted them by mistake or it's just a bug?

Absolutely everything has disappeared. Years of use and backups gone. I hope this malfunction will be fixed.

I have no idea how it happened but almost suddenly a huge part of my read/reading/want to read mangas dissaperd from those lists. The mangas are still on site but my lists which all had over 400 at least individually suddenly show 1/ 2/ 267. Magago what the hell happened To T

Guys you really need to start reading. I'm not trying to be rude but in this entire thread of comments, it's already been said lists will be restored. Im not sure why we keep asking the same question about list errors, or asking if it can be fixed, when the response is only around 4 comments above your own comment. Please make sure you look and read, be proactive and search for FAQs that have been mass shared to everyone.

I have a problem with my account, for some days now evething i read or are on my watch list is completly different and with Tags i wound never use. It ist Looping like a falsch account

Hey, I also have this problem. My "I'm reading" list is gone. The "I want to read" list however is still there and I think "I already read" also (I didn't use it as much, so not sure).
I would also be fine with a slightly older backup of that, if the newest data is really gone:) thank you devs!

Guys if you didn't manage to keep up with the updates, most users will find that non-rated or non-tagged won't come back. Mine, personally, have all returned. Others haven't. Unfortunately, the only contact with the devs right now is an automated message literally just saying that, so contacting them won't really help.

I’m experiencing an issue with my account. My “I’m Reading” list is showing 0, even though I had multiple manga saved there before.

I am still logged into my account, and I can see my “Want to Read” and “Already Read” lists, so it seems only the “I’m Reading” section has been affected.

This happened after I returned to the site after some time, and I did not remove these items myself.

Could you please check if this is a bug or if my data can be restored?

my saved mangas are all gone again does someone know what is going on? I had problem with my log in it said the captcha was wrong and when it worked again all my as reading marked mangas where gone.
