We see ryan saying he wanted to be reborn because of his life choices regarding his career, he also worries about getting recognized, so him always being on edge and calling creed a rapist probably stems from the stress and trauma he gained while working in the porn industry. Ultimately, I think creed used ryan for his own benefit (exploitation), and not in a sexually abusive way (rape). This is how I viewed it, so please feel free to correct me!

I just reread this manhwa a few days ago too. I remember being extremely interested in it when I first read it, but now I don’t feel the same anymore when I acknowledged that not only Chang but McQueen also kinda a rapist himself too but I’m glad the author didn’t give the rapist any redemption arc, there’s no need for justification of what they did, rape is rape and they should be imprisoned, that’s all
