Here is the spoiler for everyone wants to know, I finished the novel a long time ago so maybe I forgot something.
The doctor on the chapter 60-61 not MC, it’s the original person on real world who switch position with mc). actually MC didn’t realized he is the original character from the game (they swapped places when they were child and swapped back when the MC found himself transmigrated into the game in Chapter 1). The ML character appearing in Chapter 61 isn't the same ML we've been reading about all along; it's a different soul.
So, where did our original ML and MC go? They’ll show up later. You see on TV News chapter 61, Jaehee had gone missing after the final dungeon raid because he was keeping an eye on Seonwoo—the doctor—and waiting for his lover's soul to return to that body. In Chapter 61, the MC from the original world returned to the original world, which means the Seonwoo-MC returned to the game world. That’s when Jaehee aggressively pursued him—even moving in next door and bringing flowers every day. Eventually, Seonwoo’s memories will return later, and they get their happy ending.

I think nanjoo punch mokyeon is valid. but the stupid thing I think is why nanjoo still trust and chasing after Sunhwa, even though it’s obvious he’s son of a bitch and totally money-hungry. Plus, it hasn't really looked like he’s deeply in love with sunhwa anyway. If I were him, I’d just walk away from it all and find someone new. I'm confused about what's wrong with his brain.

I really feel sorry for Chase because his childhood was very lacking in affection, but even his parents loved a psychopath child more than a good child when he was little.
