Yuwon would rather be bullied than see Dohun bullied or even that Yuwon is so used to being treated like shit that Dohun trying to change that makes Yuwon uncomfortable because it just feels unnatural to him atp.
Yuwon being the only person in Dohun’s life to treat Dohun like with decency and stick out his neck for Dohun effecting Dohun on such a fundamental level that he never forgot (haha Yuwon “everlasting”) but he didn’t know why (“destiny” as he puts it). Nobody ever treats him like that even when he’s an adult it’s because people want something from him.
Dohun experiencing being cared for and experiencing the closest thing to love he’s gotten in his entire life, then chasing after and yearning for the person who made him feel loved and then subsequently without his own input begins to care for that person in turn wanting to unconsciously pay it back.
ALSO I SAW THAT SHIT WITH YUWON MAKING THE SAME POSE AS DOHUN’S MOM BUT DOHUN ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT YUWON AND WORRIES ABOUT HIS WELLBEING (I’m sorry I think that woman was stressed and going through her own stuff).
