So what will happen when Amon finds out Nain favors Gwen?
He summons gwen asking abt it I think, idk the details but like I feel like he'll let it be as long as nain's happy, that's how it turned out in the end anyway

But yes he does ask Gwen about it (that’s what he called him for in the past that Nain misunderstood) and he was ofc very angry, meanwhile Gwen dgaf LMAAO. He later confronts Nain about it and is very upset. Lotta stuff happens but there is a battle between Amon/gwen. Iirc, towards the end Nain basically threatens his own life if they don’t spare Gwen to which he finally deals with it. Also Rue is a complex character but he turns around a lot!!!
Nain basically ends up with both. But it’s a bit complicated. He’s basically so grief stricken/exhausted by everything that he gives up and becomes a “ghost” essentially. They are unable to find him for a while. He starts to develop a visible form as Gwen + Amon work to bring back happiness. They still don’t like eachother all that much but they sort of come to peace with eachother for Nain’s sake. Honestly it’s a nice ending although very bittersweet.
I might have mixed stuff up I read the novel like a year ago but yea!!
Yay I'm glad they all got together, I have a love and hate relationship with amon but I can't handle seeing him die bruv. He doesn't know how to love normally, I hope Nain tames that dragon. And ofc Gwen daddy deserves to be with Nain.
After reading about the spoilers on their love triangle, I'm so curious on how Gwen and Amon interact. Do they fight over Nain? Do they fight for his attention?? Do they interact with Nain at same time or do they have their own schedule???

In the last chapters of the main story in the novel, yes they do fight over Nain. Though they compromised and tolerated each other for Nain's sake because of what happened to him (another spoiler)
In the special chapters, Amon and Gwen do not really interact with each other except on special occasions as Nain avoided for them to cross paths. And yes, they do have their own schedule on interacting with Nain.

this is how you do side stories people! happiness and craziness. tired of side stories that is a whole nother of misunderstandings and drama when the plot is practically just misunderstandings in the main story.
Which is props to the author because they made sure the story ended where it should have ended.
