2. Why do almost all manga mention back pain after sex? Seriously, I've never seen that before. Where did this plot device come from? I can only imagine myself having back pain after sex when I'm around 60 years old, and I'm quite sedentary and inflexible.

Hehehe Im not, and that's exactly why I asked, me and all my friends have an active sex life and we never ever had back pains after it? I don't know what kind of position would made me have back pain hahaha, for real. Its a 100% a genuine question because I've never encountered a women or a gay men complaining of back pain after sex.
if you do more research, it’s actually harder on you because the pressure that anal puts on your back and your pelvic floor. vaginal sex does not have the same effect exactly, but if you go at it hard enough, sex can hurt anyone’s back just from awkward positions and strain lol
