This was a fun read!!
It was a bit sad that there were a lot of plot holes. I feel like they spent so much time with the adulterers instead of the pope especially since he ended up being the final boss. The story's pacing was nice. My only "complain", not really a complain, is that the author seems to just forget about some characters. Readers tend to remember characters that had impact so it was a bit weird that the maid was never brought up again and was not given an ending. Danny also seemed to be a significant character but was not fleshed out at all, I feel like Rasmuth had more appearance than Danny.
Ultimately loved the story, 8/10. Light, no unnecessary drama, great pacing and characters.
I'm still wondering about the extent of Jegal Clan's power. The young head seems to know so much. I wonder if their ability has something to do with knowledge or time, like maybe being able to access knowledge obtained by past or future heads.
I feel for her knowing why she did what she did. The Omertas were cold to Arielle and they didn't support her and such, but they were grieving, well not really, it was more like they avoided grieving and just suppressed their emotions and lived their life separately, which I can relate to. I'm not mad at her for what she did, she really was just trying to secure her daughter. What she did was wrong so I'm still hoping she faces consequences for her actions but I don't want her to be killed.
The butler's name is so funny HAHAHAHAHA. Binged the entire thing and it was fun. Glad to know there would be side stories.
9/10
It was good but I think they went too easy with the antagonists considering what they did.
