Well then your common sense should be saying it’s fine to transfer water so someone mouth to help them when obviously the water is not getting swallowed. Also again even if he took his temperature he would still go out and get medicine for him to help him get better no matter the situation.

Since he was Jooin’s dog in a past life it’s obvious he deeply cares for Jooin and wouldn’t hurt him. He’s obviously just trying to keep that a secret and that’s what he’s hiding.
