I think it's because heart only have Henry's love but technically he's still not Henry. Hard to explain but like he doesn't have Henry spiritual or by soul so victor isn't very into him.

Even I don't remember much, but she didn't want to marry, but had to under the pressure of her own father and also had to have her son under that very pressure, and somewhere the husband was also involved with her father in this and I guess that's why she hates him
