Ok first write down all the subjects in a paper.
Then write down all the worries in the piece of paper.
then crumple it and throw it in the trashcan.
Then go out of your room, go to a bar and partey.
Rinse and repeat until the term ends

well basically what im saying is, don't worry too much but don't erase all of it. Worries help keep your priorities straight.

In my opinion, I think 5 classes are still manageable.. but as long as you can manage your time properly.. well as for me, this semester I took 7 subjects including the elective. its not that bad, I think it depends on people and the subjects you are studying. dont worry too much, I can relate cuz at first everything is challenging, it takes time to adapt to the new environment. and umm, if you know any seniors you can ask them further so they can help you with your situation :)

Hi! I'm a senior uni student now and I want to share some useful time management skills. First, since you are new, things can get overwhelming. So you need to list down the tasks that you need to do and the upcoming exams (if there are any). Next would be to sort the tasks which are the most important/urgent; then you can work on the tasks bit by bit until you complete them all. Sometimes it is handy to have a journal to keep track of long term projects but for the week, you can manage to remember it all in the mind. Also, when faced with a deadline and an exam on the same day, it is best (in my opinion) to study first and then work later since you can also rest your brain after studying by doing tasks. You can also work first and then study later if you want to clear your head. Whatever works for you. (●￣(ｴ)￣●)

You can make a timetable of your class schedule for the week and paste it on your notebook so that you can see when you are available. It is more easy to schedule your studies and work that way. Keep a planner to mark deadlines and exams. Try to assign a tentative schedule for your assignments as soon as possible and do your best to stick with them. Beware of procrastination. Make sure to have that reliable friend in every class whom you can contact with in case you skipped a class.

Time is priority then difficulty. Always focus on deadlines. If time is not an issue, deal with the easy ones first to get it off your mind as soon as possible to focus on the hard ones later.
